We pride ourselves in providing honest, dependable service to our customer/property owners. By retaining our company to handle the day-to-day management of your rental property, you free up your time to take care of all of the important issues of your business, knowing that you have placed your trust in our reliable staff. Our basic monthly fee includes:

1) Rent collection;
2) Placing Advertising of property for rent (publication fee not included)
3) Review and screening of applications (additional fees apply for applications requiring additional time and special handling (Ex: Section 8 Housing);
4) Regular maintenance (Ex: lawn mowing, snow removal, trash to the curb);
5) Light maintenance and repairs (Ex: Hall and exterior lighting; replace light switch; replace faucet).
